Log file is created in C instead of C/Windows That's why it nagged me and I deleted the damn log after installation. I just noticed. Edit: I fixed one PC with daz loader, so I guess query tools won't show the right information now. There's still one more PC with the same issue, I can run a query tool on it on the weekend if you like.
Yes, how convenient to delete a log file because it's saved in the correct place. Let him run the QT and email you the saved log from it.
