Would guess you mean KMSnano, which is a pretty old tool. Did it need to be installed? Where did you find it?

Would recommend to uninstall for the moment and reboot ... system will stay activated for 180 days at least :cool2:.

If error persists ... open command prompt as admin and

    #1. System File Check

    Code:
    sfc /scannow
If it reports that files had been repaired reboot.

    #2. Repair Component Store

    Code:
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    Report back :D.

As the 1st step try to uninstall AVG.

    Hello xxaqib

verify you have the latest google chrome installed. if you have revision 37, this revision had a lot of problem especially in the 64bit version.

    things to verify
    1. verify you the latest google chrome. current stable is 38.0.2125.101
    2. disable all extensions.
    3. update your antivirus to the latest. it is important to have your antivirus up-to-date not only for downloading new virus definitions. companies update their software to resolve bugs and incompatibility issues.
    4. to find compatibility issues running in your google chrome, type down
    chrome://conflicts
    5. keep your windows up-to-date

    good luck.

Hmm ... looks like Refresh/Reset is last resort. Afterwards activate with MDL solutions (Microsoft Toolkit or KMSpico from my signature).

    1. i recommend to deploy \ install fresh image of windows downloaded straight from the ms servers or the servers hosted here in this forum.
    2. always install the latest drivers from the vendors. don't use 3rd party websites\tools.
    3. use the latest activators provided here in this forum.
    4. read about compatibility issues regarding antiviruses cross referenced to the internet browsers your using such as chrome.
    5. don't install extensions you don't use much.

I agree to what s1ave77 mentioned.
