Only for 8.1 KMS activated installs you need to use an older version, 10586 aka 1511, to be specific, and it needs to be a real upgrade to establish the HWID. Next you can install any other build (as long as it's the edition, the hwid is established for).

The real upgrade from an activated 7 SP1 or using the genuineticket.xml even works with rs4 rs_prereleases.

It allow see your HWID device along with your previous Windows 7 or 8 (8.1). It different way to skip it, But after your Windows 10 install and already place genuinteticket.xml as above instructions.. then you should be ok..

(for Windows 10 Enterprise will NOT WORK with gatherostate.exe due that is VOLUME LIC.) We are focus on OEM, Retail only..

I just established all possible official HWID's for Home (W7HomePremiumSP1DAZ>10Home), Home N (W8.1CoreNKMS>10HomeN), Professional (W7SP1UltimateDAZ>10Pro), ProfessionalN (W8.1ProNKMS>10ProN) and ProfessionalWorkstation (IP16278ProWSbyKEY>17083Pro-WS).

All are done by genuineticket.xml (8.1NKMS>10N by real upgrade) and the most current official W10 build (IP's excluded).

Digital license is always activated with generic retail key (core, pro, prow)
What is generic retail key for windows 10 enterprise?
    (* -8HV2C (product.ini) is OEM: NONSLP)

yes i know that but as i said in one of my previous posts, after you get HWID with win10 enterprise version, if you do fresh installation later , inserting any win10 enterprise mak key again will allow to get digital license back.
    I've noticed this by myself.

I see a kind of confusion with keys. Only OEM, Retail and Volume:MAK keys allow the use of HWID licensing server (Windows Store). If you enter Volume:GVLK key Windows will only connect to the KMS server and after activation it will report to Microsoft that machine was activated (unless it was disabled by group policy). When using Retail, OEM or Volume:MAK keys Windows connects first to Windows Store and if it fails (no HWID for example) then it connects to the "old" activation server to try to activate the key. That's why sometimes when machine does not have HWID you will see a message "Product key is blocked".

You can actually use any key from OEM, Retail or Volume:MAK channels to get HWID activation.

my laptop came with origanal window 8 from dell store , and i updated it to window 10 and using it from last one year , now i want to installed window 7 on in it , i gues window 7 is not going to activate via digital method , nor i have any key because window 8 n 10 both activated digitally, i dont know the keys, so daz loader gona activate window 7 for me , if after using window 7 for months or year , if after that i want to come back to window 10 , wil gets activated via digital license or not ?

Your laptop has a MSDM for 8 Core, and by upgrading it to 10 Home it got a DL for the lifetime of the hardware.

You can install whatever windows you want, the DL will still be valid when you decide to re-install 10 Home.

You also can establish more HWID's (DL's) on the same hardware, when the edition, the HWID was established for, gets reinstalled and you've entered no key it will pick up the appropriate HWID and activate it.

need help, stuck in a weird situation

i had used valid windows 7 pro key to upgrade to windows 10 pro. thus i had a valid digital entitlement license. Then my PC was sent to repair, so I migrate my HDD to another spare PC while the PC was repaired. On the spare PC, I lost the digital entitlement and Windows asked me to activate. It won't accept my WIndows 7 pro key, so I used MTK to activate with AutoKMS while main PC was being repaired

I got my repaired PC back and they replaced my motherboard. So I connected a spare HDD to it with Windows 7 pro activated with a valid key. I generated and got a "GenuineTicket.xml" ticket. Now I migrated my HDD to the main PC but can't get WIndows 10 to activate with the GenuineTicket.xml ticket. I unisntalled AutoKMS with MTK. Do I need uninstall or install a key before i ask Windows to use GenuineTicket.xml ticket for activation?

what license does your win7 pro key have ? oem, retail or MAK ?
if it's mak key, that's normal it didn't work as the ticket method concerns only oem and retail key licenses.

if you used MTK to activate your win7 pro so it means that you have kms activation and as said in OP , the ticket method doesn't apply to Volume license activation so what i suggest you to do is to activate your win7 pro with DAZ then use the ticket method and it should work after that, logically if you follow the instructions correctly in OP, your win10 will get activated.

My valid license key is retail Win 7 Pro. Let me clarify situation

On my main PC I did the following:

    1) Did a fresh install of Win 7 Pro and activated with valid Win 7 Pro retail license key
    2) Did the free upgrade to Win 10 and received digital entitlement
    3) Wiped the HDD and did a fresh install of Win 10 Pro and it activated automatically because of digital entitlement
    4) Sent main PC to repair and removed my HDD that already had Win 10 Pro activated
    5) I put my HDD on spare PC while main PC was getting repaired
    6) On spare PC, I lost activation because digital entitlement no longer valid. So I used MTK to activate Win 10 Pro temporarily until I received my main PC back from repair
    7) Received main PC back from repair. I put in a spare hdd and installed WIn 7 Pro again and activated with my original valid Win 7 Pro Retail license key
    8) On the main PC with my spare hdd running WIn 7, I generated GenuineTicket.xml and saved it to USB drive
    9) I removed the spare HDD from main PC and replaced it with my main HDD that was on the spare PC
    10) I used MTK to uninstall AutoKMS and then copied the GenuineTicket.xml to proper location
    11) I then rebooted the PC but now Windows 10 is not being activated. It says "Unable to reach Windows activation servers"
