@The_Guardian sign me up when you start your new site I to miss nsane and I dout they will back. its not all dome and glome though what I have found is now I have to work a little harder to find my software solutions and what I have found is a few sites being occupied by former nsane members that is keeping my needs up to date. So for me I guess I have been guilty of being lazy in just sticking with nsane But not any longer one door closes and another opens. Life after nsane is not to bad after all finding plenty of things of interest out there enjoy your digital life folks
Trying to get funds up for site now. We have decided on the host we want which is one of the better hosts out there at a fair price. No one really know the cost of creating a site and maintaining it. It takes funds which some of us do not have a lot of. Asking for donations never works so we as a team are pulling resources together in order to get what we want. It all takes time and funds.
@The_Guardian, you are one of the creators of NF? Man, if so, my congrats to you and NF team, that forum is simply the best by far in software comunnity, i love NovemberRain btw hahaha, that guy is insane, is he part of the team? Send a hug for him please. Anyway, any forum to maintain my digital life while NF is rising again? Thanks adv!
No you misunderstand. I am just a member at nsane. Some of the other members from nsane including myself are going to open our own site.
The site will be similar in content but with some added features that some know that I do on the side. For example auto mechanic software to program your ecu, diagnostic apps, etc. Will also include iptv subscription if anyone is interested. Of course windows and mobile related apps are a give in. lol
Usually those, who talk a lot, those make little. When will it be opened and where? What is done, what still isn't? Where is something visible already?
The fact that nSane is up should not deter The_Guardian from continuing on his project. From what he mentioned, it sounds like a great idea.
The issue might of been with Invision, but nsane does use outdated software e.g. PHP 5.6.31. With the amount of time they've been offline they could of updated to PHP 7, updated MySQL/MariaDB and applied Spectre & Meltdown updates.
