Well, the separate RSAT package installs "RSATClient" update BLB-UI-Package require "RSAT" update, which is part of Server-Gui-Mgmt-Package i guess this close the case, BLB-UI can't be installed on client edition

Just a thought, but you may want to remove System Restore. I know the reason System Restore doesn't work in Windows Server 2016 is because it conflicts with Windows Server Backup. They both try to use shadow copies and somehow conflict with each other. Hope that helps. Edit: I meant to say that this would apply after you get Backup installed in 10
But does it actually work and restore? I ask because of my experience with Windows Server 2016. You are doing the polar opposite of what I have already done. I can install System Protection (System Restore) in Windows Server 2016 14393 along side Windows Server Backup. Everything looks right in System Protection (System Restore), it says it is making restore points, even shows them and allows you to select them to use, everything is normal in every way, UNTIL the actual point of restoration, then the program can not find the shadow copies or claims they do not exist, when you actually try to restore with them. None of this affects the function of Windows Server Backup in Windows Server 2016 14393 though, it still functions as it should, hence my belief there is a problem with the shadow copies and my belief you may run into the same (but opposite) effect with Windows Server Backup installed in Windows 10. Just trying to save you grief, if you actually need one of those backups one day. Please actually try to restore with it to verify it works.

No, I don't think so. Let me preface by saying I use Windows Server Backup daily, as I use Windows Server 2016 as my desktop OS currently (but will be trying out PfW in about a month) The only real advantage I see to Windows Server Backup I see, is letting you designate where to put the backups, as well as designate individual files and folders to backup, so as a once a day server backup it works quite well. System Restore, though, makes backups automatically with driver updates, windows updates, software installs, etc. allowing quick restorations, without losing any data since the last daily backup, which is great for a desktop OS. That's why I'd like to see both working. What makes you say "Windows Server Backup seems more efficient and flexible than System Restore" ?
