New 2.1 TOSASU/TOSCPL/TOSQCI certs from Sabersite OEM collection. If i saw correctly, rest is in collection already.
There is at least one HP bin that works also with a 2.0 cert. I think there was some editing error in the first post.
If two SLIC's have the same public key and the same marker inside, they are technically the same SLIC, data in CreatorID, Creator Revision and OEMTable Revision may be any, they don't affect anything except checksum byte.
yes thats what i was trying to say, if its even a point to have that same but different slics in collection, they are technicaly same slic...
there is no new dell certifiacte and as it seems there wont be (for now), all dell computers that oem info was riped from it are using OLD dell ceritificate... not like it matters if its new or old anyway.
"_ASUS_Desktop" certificate available... but SLIC table? Hi all, just a question. I've found in a thread a collection of certificates for 2.1 that include an ASUS_NEW.xrm-ms... I suppose it's the "_ASUS_Desktop" certificate, but there isn't any SLIC file that match with this cert!! I've checked and ASUS.bin is matching with ASUS.xrm-ms (that is "_ASUS_Notebook"). Did someone has the corresponding SLIC for ASUS_NEW cert? Many thanks to all for any reply. Regards
there is no such thing as a _ASUS_Desktop SLIC or Certificate, ASUS_NEW.xrm-ms CRC32: E1948081 matches _ASUS_Notebook OA2.1 SLIC
Hi FreeStyler, thanks for your answer... In my first post I confused the names... the working one is ASUS_NEW.xrm-ms, the not working is ASUS.xrm-ms... I've checked the matching of ASUS 2.1 SLIC (so the only .bin available) with ASUS_NEW.xrm-ms certificate and the result was "MATCH" and with the ASUS.xrm-ms the result was "NOT MATCH"? Thanks for your reply
Would be helpful if you posted the CRC32 hashes of the files you are referring to, but basically it comes down to this... ASUS.xrm-ms -> ASUS 2.0 SLIC ASUS_NEW.xrm-ms -> ASUS 2.1 SLIC
