    Here is a new HP SLIC 2.1 and HP Certificate 2.1 attached to this post....this is an insyde bios file.

    Hello, I need a modded bios with slic 2.1 to my HP Compaq 515, and the way to flash it. HP has a .exe file to do it in Windows enviroment...

    This is a rompaq bios and cannot be modified....sorry but you will need a loader to activate windows.

    I did so, but is posible to update the bios from windows with a "ROM Image for HP Notebook System BIOS (68GVV) Remote ROM Flash - SSM Compliant". My noteboock have a .4 bios and there is a new version .9 that can be instaled from windows.

    This cert is dated 2006, meaning its a 2.0 Vista era

    I´m sorry :( I took this cert from a new lenovo pc with SLIC-Dump-ToolKit.
    Toolkit means it´s a 2.1 slic & cert :confused: (certname isn´t modified)

    There is NO 2.1 Certificate, all are 2.0, only difference is some manufactures got new certificates issued for use with Windows 7 (not meaning the Vista issued certificates could not work)
