    Just tested and it extracts fine for me. Use 7zip to extract it. Had to use this instead of Winrar because of attachment limits.

    WinRara works fine too.
    I just downloaded and extracted the new Bins/Certs archive without a problem.

    Guys, I'm noob , can someone help ?

    Hi guys
    I m new in here and found interesting stuff but cant catch everything , I wonder if possible for someone to teach me the steps I can do to activate my HP laptop back , its 2190US. , windows 7 ultimate , I m pretty good pc's but cant catch SLIC stuff and bios things ,, cant understand everything ..

    Appreciate your feedback guys ..

    Although the shared emachine bin and cert are the same as the Acer, with only a different creator ID,
    I'm going to go ahead and list it as a seperate emachine bin because its a confirmed emachine pull via the extra OEM material.

    Invalid Acer.bin from post#1 ??

    Hi there,

    i tried to modify the Acer Extensa 5630 with the latest BIOS v.136 from the acer website. i used the phoenix bios tool, rw-everything and the acer_XYZ.BIN File from the zip archive at post#1.

    the bios tool allways failed with an error message like "could not reintegrate %sorry i forgot the message% a bios module.

    so i tried the asus_xyz.bin file, it worked, tried the toshiba_xyz.bin file worked also! only the acer won't work. strange isn't it?

    The download provided for the emachine bin also had items like Windows 7 wallpaper and other oem items
    which means I know its from a real emachine. Plus, it makes it easier
    for people looking for a emachine bin who may not know that the Acer bin is the same.

    What do u mean???? It just a collection of SLICs 2.1 bin. To activate Win Vista/7, u need proper cert+ key [if BIOS has SLIC 2.1] or use a loader [if BIOS has no SLIC 2.1]. These SLIC bin collection is created to help the developer of the loaders....
