I don´t want to sound bad, but... why the moderators don´t warn the users and delete the message of who post BIOS REQUEST in this thread if there is such a thread for doing that? It´s like a chain reaction, first one, and then BOMM! You´ve this thread spammed.
I have been letting new members with only 1 posts slide somewhat because they are new and usually don't know the layout of the forum as well as we do, etc. Plus, up untill a day or so ago, the requests threads were not open and I dont like to welcome a new member with a warning or infraction on the 1st post they make. Now that we have a place to request them, new member 1st post requests in this thread will get moved with a reminder to post them in the proper area. People who have been here a while may get a infraction if they continue to clutter the thread with off topic material. They were a lot of off topic material that cluttered this thread. We had 36 pages, once I cleaned it out, it now has only 15. A lot was from people who has been here a while and should know better.
Right, only need to add new bins that have different ID's or require different certificates if they have the same ID as another. Thanks for the share.
Acer(ACRSYSACRPRDCT-LOHR)2.1.BIN = 10D73635 | 2.0 CERT I get a Public Key Mismatch, doesn't seem to accept OA 2.0 Cert
Acer(ACRSYSACRPRDCT-LOHR)2.1.BIN = 10D73635 is NO CERT and Acer(ACRSYSACRPRDCT-acer)2.1.BIN = Acer[ACRSYSACRPRDCT-ANNI]2.1.BIN
OK, I was using the older PubkeyCompare which shows it a match for 2.0 Cert. The new Pubkey 1.0.0.3 doesnt. Was this part of the bugfix? I will need to recheck them all I guess.
I just rechecked all the bins and certs with the latest version of PubkeyCompare 1.0.0.3 and now get an opposite result. Now, only the HP 2.1 bin matches a 2.0 cert. Is that what you are getting?
