Does anyone know how to restore the d2d of Acer notebook? D2D restore was destroyed after the new partition.
More than likely because you did not keep the recovery partition on the third partition of your system Drive. I have an Acer Nitro 5 which uses D2D alt F10 to enter recovery partition. First partitions to be your boot partition second partition should be your windows partition third partition should be a recovery partition and the fourth partition is the 8th megabyte partition. If you keep the partitions like the manufacturer D2D alt f10 should work.
Thank you, I backed up all the files from every partition. Manually establish recovery partition, but BSOD after alt+f10.Maybe there's something wrong with the guidance.
To any Forum members that have downloiaded/used the Recovery Tools app~~~this app i downloaded has been encrypted so i need a key to decrypt this file;would any one know how to obtain a product key for this anarethos software?? thanks in advance for a reply!!
Hi there, i have a quick question. I have created OEM partition with the help of your software everything works fine at initial boot from audit mode to oobe mode but when i reset i have included commands in scripts folder to install some software's which is not working, can you help me out? It works in the initial oobe mode though.
Self answering my question If somebody wants to achieve this you can add your commands to Scripts\Restore.cmd.
To test the software, I installed Windows 10 22H2 using the "UEFI - Default with data partition" template. To perform the test, I deleted the C:\Windows directory and initiated the recovery process, but it ends with an error. Here is the following log. 2023-07-14 12:10:30, Error Failed to check OS architecture. 0x00000490[gle=0x00000002] 2023-07-14 12:10:30, Error [recenv.exe] winreArePathsEqualFailed to get attributes for D:\Windows: 0x2 2023-07-14 12:10:30, Error WinReGetConfigEx failed. Ok! Hi everyone. I'm back. Sort of. Before starting to work on a new version .... I need a new Windows 11 version I am trying to build a Windows 11 23H2 MUI. But i'm lost at all the sources/scripts .... is ther a easy way to create a MUI disk without download all files? YOu know ... something where you just select what you wahnt and everything is taked care of?
W10MUI helps alot, you just need to make sure to also DL updates the repository. After that you're good to go
I know. That's what I always used. But a more straigforward method would be nice but .. meh ... don'T have the time to works on that Do you know is the LP/OnDemande stuff for Windwos 11 23H2 are available? There is no DL link in the W10MUI package for that build ....
I woudnt be surprised if its the same as for 22H2 but Im not sure. The script is probably the best way
Well I used all the stuff from 22H2 except the post-install patches (I got them from UUMPDUMP) and it look like to work. I will test an installation on a old laptop that I have and validate my tools at the same time.
Ok ... so I have started working on 6.0.0 Here are the planned changes : - Update to the AutoIT interpreter - Update to DoubleCommande (Windows Recovery Environment tool) - Update to ClamWin Antivirus (add-on tools) - Change to the WinRE partition size (700mb to 1024 - Multiple-languages WIM file where too big) - Removal of all Windows 7/8/8.1 files. If you need that, stay with 5.0.5 Removing Windows 7/8/8.1 has the following effect : - Smaller file size to my software - No more compiled AUtoIT script which some time triggered fals AV error - No more password to extract the archive. The password was added to prevent false AV detection so it is no more required since Windows 7/8/8.1 files are removed
