When looking for a method to activate Windows Vista Ultimate i've stepped through some information saying i would have to crack the bios according to my OEM. However i have to OEM logo on my System Window, neither any information about OEM. I didn't buy my computer with a known brand, like toshiba or acer. However it has an OEM key.
Is my OEM the motherboard manufacturer?

Yes, it would be however unless it is a Royalty OEM like Dell, Asus, Sony, Lenovo, HP, there probably will not be a SLIC in the BIOS. In which case if you will need to buy a name brand motherboard (asus, msi, abit) with an SLIC inserted, or mod the BIOS yourself and inject a SLIC with a modded BIOS. There are also software based cracks out there like WOW6 and Vista Loader. You can also try the McFly method to bypass activation (google McFly method to see how to do this).
