First, credit goes to codyqx4, letsgoawayhell, zwt, stannieman, razor and other posters to the mdl forums. Note: Read all the posts in the following links for details. 1: Download the retail version directly from ms, I used the 32 bit english version: h**p://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/20300-Direct-Link-office-2010-Professional-Plus-Retail-all-languages-(Server-Microsoft) 2: Convert the downloaded retail to volume licensed. I converted the downloaded retail to volume licensed in a .iso format, then burnt it to cd using nero h**p://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/20706-Office-2010-Installer-Channel-Switcher 3: Install office. I deleted the old installation and only installed certain office applications. 4: Use a key server from here: h**p://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/20333-M-Office-2010-Acti**tion-and-Conversion-Kit I used the keyserver without installing it. It has to be done every 6 months, which is not a big deal. I scanned everything with microsoft security essentials, every was clean except for the keygen in the last link. Just allow mse to allow it once. Also the keyserver will want firewall access, just allow that once also. After doing all the research, the process including the downloads took about 1 hour. Since I'm a fairly new member, I can't post the proper links.
