I had the same problem with rearms = 0 and nothing I did seemed to work, and office went into read only mode, following advice from these pages all is well again and everything is showing activated and 5 rearms left, because I didn't expect it to work I'm not quite sure what I did :-( but just to reassure people, I didn't have to re-install windows or office, I uninstalled product keys and then let the toolkit do its work. So this post is to Shout a big thanks to cody, timesurfer and their valuable contributions to these pages.
I'm having the same problem too.. after i install the activation tool installer and hit ez-activate.. it errors saying its missing the kmsemulator.exe from the \windows directory. Even checked manually.. no kmsemulator.exe anywhere

Go to licence files and select your version and volume then delete all wait then try EZ-activator again
i.imgur.com/SrZmH.png looks like it worked, until september... hope it will stay this way after restart.
lol...KMS activation doesn't fade after restart but if you leave the AutoKMS task it will never stop working
ya it did't fade and I noticed that the restart was unusually slow... not sure if that is kms fault or ms office fault
It seems everyone has been through the same frustrating experience with this. I saw a post that said I don't know exactly what I did and I'm kind of in that same boat but What I think finally worked for me since I've done it twice now was uninstalling all the Office apps (including Visio and Project) by running the uninstaller from Office Toolkit and then doing a reinstall from media I also ran the old office cleanup tool and removed every program individually before running the uninstaller which still worked. After reinstalling the KMS keys and before running any Office programs I ran an availability check and it finally came out to 5 which I backed up before rearming and then restoring from backup so I would always have five. Before this I tried every combination of removing Office including the full manual surgical removal of every last key from the registry after a stock uninstall but always came up with the same rearm count as before (1 or 2) until I finally ran the Uninstaller from the toolkit after using the OLD cleanup tool. My co-worker ran into the same problem on another image and told me he hit zero, I did the same thing and got five back again. A batch file activates it at login and creates a text file to indicate it's been activated since last imaging. Before that we had been experimenting which all manner of KMS/MAK installs and swaps.
After reading this and other threads I'm still stuck with 0 rearms and would appreciate your help guys. I have Office 2010 Pro Plus x64 SP1 and used up all 5 rearms. Now I assume to activate it properly I have to reset rearms count. I'm using Office Toolkit 2.3.3 and tried to "Delete all" on "License files" tab and "Uninstall" on "Product keys" tab. I also tried Office Key Remover mentioned here. I also tried to remove all Office components, including separately installed Project, and then install them back. Whatever I do - I still have 0 count of rearms. And (as result?) EZ Activator fails to activate after 10 tries. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I started getting activation problems on Office 2010 after I uninstalled the Office 2013 Beta, and later I had 0 re-arms left too! But now Office 2010 is up and running again without having to re-install anything! Here's what I did: Office Toolkit -> License Files Channel: Volume ; Edition: Professional Plus -> Delete All Channel: Retail ; Edition: Professional Plus -> Delete All Channel: Other ; Edition: Starter -> Delete All Office Toolkit -> Product Keys Channel: Volume ; Edition: Professional Plus -> Uninstall Channel: Retail ; Edition: Professional Plus -> Uninstall Channel: Other ; Edition: Starter -> Uninstall Start any Office application a couple of times and let the Setup run to configure/repair it. The 3rd time it should just show the activation dialog. Office Toolkit -> Activation -> EZ-Activator All done! I'm no expert in this matter, so any questions, please redirect them to the pros in the forum!
Thank you for detailed instructions. I just did the way you suggested and same result. 0 available rearms and EZ Activator gives up after 10 tries :\
Was your edition the "Professional Plus" one? If not, you have to do all the above steps selecting your own correct edition. You can check which edition you have on the "Control Panel -> Uninstall a program" list!
CODYQX4, is that possible at all to use your tool to activate MS Office Pro Plus with "0 rearms"? It seems some ppl got lucky but nobody knows for sure how exactly.
No, I did not do this to activate Office 2013... The trial period was more than enough for me to test it! I used MTK to re-activate Office 2010, *after* I uninstalled Office 2013!
If I remember correctly, I actually did all the above steps twice! The 1st time I just deleted the License Files, and the 2nd time, I deleted both the License Files and the Product Keys! Don't know if it matters or not... But have you tried running all the steps again? It just might work!
