It's all good man, I trust you and your stuff. I just wanted to clear that up for anyone else that might get virus warnings is all. Keep up the good work though dude.

It's cool, I just figured this Toolkit has a high likelyhood of going off for the keygen + SFX exes, plus other apps in Resources folder so I'm not too worried about it.

Yea, I agree there. Hey, were you able to actually get the office 2010 restore to work properly? I heard around that it does work but I never had time to test it lol

The restore (Full) sometimes gets marked as "Tampered" by OSPP and invalidates all licensing, causing office to repair and enter notifications mode and require reactivation.

There are two backup/restore Full (Backups a registry key and tokens) and Tokens Only. I recommend taking both and when restoring, trying the tokens restore first and checking status, then trying the full if that didn't work. I recommend doing it only when you used a MAK and can't get it to reactivate, as since you can KMS endlessly its useless to do that since a restore would not reset the count.

The backup/restore is something I'd like to improve further but am a bit stuck on it. Right now it saves the backup with the PC name and will delete old backup when taking a new one, and to be restored must be named the same PC name.

Ok, thanks for the update. I do actually have a MAK key that has like 20,000 licenses left but I would rather use this first then re-activate lol

I recommend trying it as last resort but no harm if it messes up. Just let office fix itself, reenter MAK key and activate if it bricks you. I think MAK is less likely to screw up if KMS/Rearm license isn't active when backed up. I am looking to do some more testing scenarios of the backup in a VM sometime down the line.

Aight. I know M$ made it difficult for this. Even PMR is having issues with it.

Ok, so Ive used the ez-activator 1.4. My AV, Symantec Corp 10.2, picked up on reboot, Trojan.ADH (and quarantined it/deleted it) and now it has started the countdown (179 days). In other words not staying on 180 as before. Does this mean the EZ-Activator files (resources) and for task manager were deleted? Is there a work around for Symantec (I tried folder exclusion, but it quarentine keygen.exe the moment its unpacked from rar). If not, is there an AV that is better and won't mess with the 180 reset activation on reboot? I'm open to changing AV for the sake of activation :). Oh and I'm running the x86 retail of office 2010 on win7. Thanks in advance. :)

edit. Ok I found the resources, kmsg and autokms files in c:windows and c:windows/temp and c:users and basically excluded them in the file protection exclusions. Now on after running the ez-activator upon reboot it reactivates automatically and symantec doesnt delete the keygen.exe

I activated Office 2010 today (x86 on x64 windows 7) with your toolkit 1.4.0.1. It took about 7 times to work - no problem, it's fast! Now it's fully licensed for 180 days. Thanks a lot for your brilliant work

btw: The link to the toolkit is ON

Yeah I use Norton and I exclude the AutoKMS.exe in Windows folder. To reinstall AutoKMS you can use the toolkit.

The MultiUpload has several links, the RS is dead but others work.

Hi, is there anything like Daz's WATFix for office??
I tried to activate Office 2010 Pro Plus (Retail converted to VL through a batch here @ MDL Office 2010 Repository) with the "one click activator" and with the toolkit 1.4.1 but had no success.

And now I can't rearm. I read on previous post that I needed to delete al license information, reboot, and try again, etc. I've done that but still can't rearm. I also started Word to let it fix the rearm problems, but again no luck.

Is there anything I'm missing? Or the best way is to uninstall Office and delete the folders under "Common Files" and "Application Data" to do a clean install (I don't know if that will work).

If you need any information, report (like on Daz's thread) just let me know and I'll give it to you.

    Thanks in advance :)

There's no real way to reverse it other than have made a backup of stuff and if office gets screwed up it usually takes away rearms. Also restoring backup may mess up, the best way to activate is to not be retail as things can go wrong when converted and activation mess up. I'd recommend if you clean install to use VL edition.

Thanks, sorry for my ignorance, but with clean install you mean to uninstall the office and remove the folders mentioned before? or something else?

As long as you delete the license info it should be OK for reinstall but If doing a clean install delete all office stuff to avoid install error. Get the VL office 2010 and install it, then activate using the EZ-Activator again (It will act differently when VL, Retail touches activation stuff and then does VL stuff where VL will just get keys installed, run keygen and activate and install AutoKMS).

Last question (I hope I'm not annoying you with my noob questions)

I tried to remove the AutoKMS with the toolkit, but every time I select the option 1 I get the message to remove the AutoKMS so I guess it hasn't been removed. I've restarted my computer after uninstalling the AutoKMS but again, it shows the "remove AutoKMS" with option 1.

Does this might create problems later? or can I leave it that way, then clean install Office 2010 Volume, and follow your steps??

    Thanks for your fast replys

AutoKMS uninstall can fail if AutoKMS is running, if its removed successfully option 1 will ask to install. If you want to remove AutoKMS manually delete AutoKMS.exe in Windows folder and open Task Scheduler and find AutoKMS task and delete it.

OK I am working on a simple improvement. Sometimes AutoKMS won't uninstall as its running, I am forcing it shut then removing, then checking if the exe still exists and if it exists say it failed instead of saying it succeeded.

Right now the EZ-Activator operates 2 different ways. If no installed office copies are retail, install KMS keys and then install AutoKMS and activate. If it finds retail it deletes "Registration", deletes your tokens, copies a new token (from letsgoawayhell converter), then adds Visio, Project, and SharePoint Designer if they exist and adds new "Registration" key.

I am certain its the copied token that is causing errors for Retail as its made on a different PC. I can add the licenses to your existing token safely. I copied over the token as it removed any retail keys you had installed, because unactivated Retail key would be installed with VL key and both show up in office. I think that by deleting Retail Registration will keep the apps from using it and you can just remove it manually. This should make the process more error proof.
