You are rude dude. I think talking to a rude person like you is absurd. But I still insist on that apology for making your decomposed tool public.

Not a bad idea ;) (Just kidding!)
    OK, I'll remove it.

I think that MDL needs people that are willing to share their knowledge. Not those who keeps things to themselves. Not those who resorts to lies for having an upper hand against others.
If you want to help a hungry man, you should learn him how to fish and not just give him a fish. If you want to talk do it in your thread, coz both you and I are totally off topic.

He is angry not rude! Be in Phazors shoes and then can you resonate with his perspective.

    1. This work is greatly his and with heartfelt intentions I'm sure
    2. You went past his boundarie and did what he as dev here ask of his co-members to not do
    3. You posted sig links to take credit and that is not cool

Given that you are one out of like 4 people here who know what is what to whatever degree regarding improving KMS activation so loosing you is also waste regarding Phazor potentially leaving

I must honestly say this is tearing me in two and I don't like that. I am one dude

Please simply acknowledge what has initially transpired cause of your error with how to follow rule 1.3 and I'm positive that Phazor the most smartest dude I know will attune to a good out come

We not need destruction of either members to resolve this just better respect and honor for all parties including me trying to moderate this problem with Dev rights and respect

Kinda tired and hope you can use your highest energies to bring this to a close otherwise I forsee this thread temp closed and simple warnings of infraction if any other convo's like we've have continue

    Please here me clearly

Im sorry if i hurt your feelings. Hopefully i didnt cause any permanent damage.

On a more serious note, to employ an old wisdom:

Dont piss off people and they wont be rude to you.

Otherwise be a man, face the music, and quit whining about being treated with rudeness in return for your own.

Thats all i have to say to you.

I also understand your perspective but honestly your not dev here as that's marked by started threads. Phazor is however dev here and quite respected even when he is hella angry :shisha:

Regardless we are all different and come from different cultures/backgrounds so it is even more honorble to respect peaceful requests to not leak what is important to dev to not leak

It is like that around my hood where we have pit bulls that if you treat them nice they are nice but if you kick the pitbull then it might bite you. Can't blame the dog just the owner hence rules and administration should take note and improve with these problems that arise cause we all could be greater attuned to each other and our board rules

So where are you at now Phazor? Can Hell still participate to help out?

What is your non-moderator request of him and regarding the future

I've stated clearly that he understand other's/dev's perspectives requests better than he has but I need not crucify him as I think he's understanding at his pace he maybe could have been more respectful

    Still moderating :shisha:...lol

I don't want any harm to CODYQX4‎ and Bosh's thread and I am pretty sure that Phazor feels the same. It's sth between Phazor and I, we can solve our problem somewhere else, just keep their thread unharmed please.

Wherever a honesty and ideally forgiveness can take place is fine by me. But if you don't feel like attuning to eachother it's favorable to not entertain our problems in cody's thread.

I say take your time guys while noticing that respect for dev's and helpers in this incident has improved and gained awareness. Dev's here can be assured that while I'm still identifying with Jedi Moderator will do my best to respond quicker and with greater understanding/tolerance with our developer respect guideliness

I had a feeling that this is what you were thinking. :(:(:(
OK. "I am not a dev." You are right. That touched a chord pal. :(
I always tried my best to share the knowledge to help develope tools. But I regret not to have used that knowledge in MY OWN tools now.

Thanks for the oportunity thou MDL. It has always been an honor.

No one needs to leave MDL we just need to on both sides wear eachothers shoes so we can better understand and grow and learn how to better behave and participate. I will be bummin if you don't wanna hang out any more

We are all on earth and it's not perfect and we grow and hopefully get better and being better bro's to eachother

Please consider your membership knowing that we all error here and things can come anew if we just try to feel as we comment and act here. MDL is the coolest alternative app site indeed and it's cause we all have something to offer if we look closely

It really hurt when you said "but honestly your not dev here", but when I thought about it ... anyway... I always liked your nick, never get the chance to tell you.

With regards to recent comments; people who know me know that im not an unreasonable guy.

On the contrary, as i stated so often i can accept and forgive a lot of crap and fun, but when it comes to blatant disrespect the fun ends there and then.

(Unfortunately im not a multi-billion software company, i do what i do privately for others on my own free time, unpaid, with respect being the only thing i ask in return.)

Now understand the situation im in:

    ● He sniffs around in my code. No dev likes that, but i have done that too on occasion so i will not condemn anyone for being curious.

    ● He purposefully goes for the one thing i wanted to keep off-public. OK, not nice from my POV, but then where is the fun in looking for boring stuff noone cares about.

    ● He unpacks the app and posts ALL files, including the main script, in public for everyone to download. Major disrespect number 1 and where the fun ended.

    ● To continue, he goes off bragging about how he analyzed the script and the files until he finally found out what took me MONTHS to figure out and develop. In other words everything was presented to him on a silver platter and he thinks he is cool for not missing the obvious. He did no own research whatsoever, he merely copied my work verbatim, and again, released it to the public AGAINST MY EXPRESS WHISHES. Only this time it had magically transformed into his 'own development'. In actuality though it was still nothing but a 1:1 copy of the method i employed in LocalHosts FixMe Host. (Namely the PID-zeroing.) Major disrespect number 2. Fun is long over.

    ● Next he proceeds to use my method in combination with some other process (which is totally not important to the function of the actual fix) and again he thinks that he has actually 'developed' anything. The truth is however again that it is still my work and my method thats being employed there, and that without this he wouldnt have anything in his hands whatsoever. Nada, null, nothing at all. And just to show how impudent impudent can be, quasi as the icing on the cake, he now tries to sell his non-development as an 'improvement' to my work. Major disrespect number 3 and definitely the straw that broke the camels back.

So tell me, how would you react to all this if it happened to you?

Like i said, im not an unreasonable guy, but even my reasonability does have a certain limit...

I can most emphatize with the third point. When the Office 2010 Activation and Conversion came out by "Raz0r", I found out it was a blatant rip of Toolkit batch (it was just a GUI wrapped around toolkit with variables renamed but you could see otherwise code and style was one to one copy). What didn't bother me that someone made a new tool, as much of the knowledge and stuff from mine was built off of shared knowledge, but rather, that the owner claimed to have optimized activation and made improvements, but all I saw were variable renames and I tested the script and it was MORE buggy (he broke universal architecture support which was one of the main motivations for me making the toolkit in the first place) than the V1.2 toolkit it was based off of. The whole tool was as I was planning to go to a GUI method, a "Me First, and I'll keep my tool one version number above yours" kind of thing and I'd wish that tool, knowing that not only is it a rip, but it is long old, buggy and totally unsupported, would be nuked from the forum

The problem is that some people just dont think.

They see an opportunity to get a couple of quick kudos, even if they didnt do any work themselves whatsoever, and suddenly their brain stops functioning.

Just as an example; with all files and the main script (which is like having the full source), how difficult do you think it would be even for the most unexperienced script kiddie to pack a virus into the app and release it into the public under ist real name?

Obviously not at all, with the consequence being that my reputation is in danger because all of a sudden there are versions that look like the original which ARE actually contaminated with crap.

For this unbelievable irresponsibility alone i would like to beat the living hell out of the sucker...

it's NOT OK to share your code and findings of localhost I agree with this BUT he said it was you who find out about it - he never lied about that.
also he aplogozied ("I DO apologize for putting it up ") and he know it was not OK AT ALL, all his intentions was for the community (since the persistent error comes more on x64 and your tool does not work on x64 - a lot of users use Cody toolkit that works fine on x64 but has the persistent error problem & you seems to go offline for a right reason with your x64 support project and you don't share this 'secret' privately with cody)
I don't justify his behivour at all, all of his intentions was sharing, he APPRECIATE your work and applogize.
like you letsgoawayhell is also talented, believe me he really did not mean to hurt you in any way (he does not even think about it and that is the problem and the mistake he did) and he aplogozied for that behaviour.
both of you why don't you forgive and stop this? PLEASE!!! you are reasonable guys and having one of you leave MDL will hurt the community.
Phazor I KNOW you are pissed off and you should but I don't think threatening to leave MDL if he is not is reasonable or clever approach, PLEASE think about this.
and think of another way solving this.
we need everyone and we surely need you both.
    :(

    This might be off-topic:

    1) Thanks for this!
    2) What's new or difference with this 2.1.4 regarding the old 2.1.3 or other previous versions?
    3) Why are you still using ZIP compression when you can get 9,660KB via 7zip instead of 16,156KB with your ZIP?
