Hi cody, thanks for your reply.

The thing is, I've already tried that several times. Tried uninstalling and re-installing the license as well as Office itself (twice).

I even went through the whole process of repairing and re-registering the WMI components.

But all that has done is that the product appears to be activated with 180 days/5 rearms. But the moment you re-check the activation status and available re-arm details, it first goes to 30 days/1 rearm. Then down to 0 days/0 rearms.

Quite infuriating actually. Doesn't seem to create problems if you don't touch the Toolkit or the scheduled task, which now, I can't delete because I don't know if running "AutoKMS.exe" on my own accord is gonna create further problems.

What's been happening is, that the re-checking of stats with the Toolkit is creating the issue

I don't know if this is a problem with my set-up, or an as yet unreported bug in the Toolkit.

Nothing out of the ordinary in the following, I don't think!

Sounds like the state of office is wrecked if you are saysing "Check" is broken. People have had issues with "Available". Reinstall Office and run EZ-Activator. Do not use the "Available Rearms" button.

AntiVirus, add the KMSEmulator file to exclusions. Can't really give 100% detailed instructions since AV options vary by product.

Hi Cody, thanks a lot for clarifying that.

Now that I haven't touched those buttons for the last day or so, looks like everything's fine. Cheers mate :)

Settings-> EZ-Activator, there is a checkbox. Ignore the "attempts counter" that is set to 10, just uncheck and save.

    Hi Charlot,

    1. Go to "Settings" on your Anti-Virus.

    2. Click on "Excluded Files/Locations/Processes" (or something similar).

    3. Click on "Browse" and then navigate to C:\Windows\kmsemulator.exe. Or Copy/Paste the underlined path on the space provided.

    4. Click on "Save/Apply/OK" or something similar.

Hopefully this makes it clear for you.

If it doesn't, you can go to the support forum of your Anti-Virus maker and ask how to add a file to the exclusion list.

    In 2.1.5 beta 1,

"Select Activation Tool" = "AutoKMS Service"
Selecting "Activation Tool Installer" always returns "Failed to install AutoKMS as a service!"
Any thoughts where to start? Will this method improve the AV detection of KMS files?
    Thanks.

Reinstall AutoKMS, and no it won't help you with AV issues.
