Don't think that issue has anything to do with the toolkit.

    It worked

    Code:
    Getting Office License Configuration Information.
    ---------------------------------------
Backing Up License Info In Case Of Failure.
    ---------------------------------------
Changing any Unactivated MAK Keys to KMS Keys.
    ---------------------------------------
If You Have Starter Subscription It Will Now Use Permanently Activated Key.
    ---------------------------------------
Converting Unactivated, Trial, Or Subscription Retail Versions of Office to VL.
    ---------------------------------------
Removing Any Unactivated Retail Keys Left Installed After Conversion To VL.
    ---------------------------------------
    Getting Office License Configuration Information.
    ---------------------------------------
Attempting To Activate Office 2010 KMS Products.
    Attempting To Activate Professional Plus.
    Successfully activated after 5 attempts.
    Attempting To Activate Visio Premium.
    Successfully activated after 1 attempts.
    ---------------------------------------
    Installing AutoKMS.
    Created C:\Windows\AutoKMS\AutoKMS.exe
    Created C:\Windows\AutoKMS\AutoKMS.ini
    Created AutoKMS Scheduled Tasks
    AutoKMS was succesfully installed.
What I had to do was to choose "professional plus" instead of "word" in the "license files" tab

What were you doing with Word in the license files tab anyway? A license repair you press the repair button, not add, and EZ-Activator would handle any needed conversions.

I do not have a "repair" tab. In the license file tab I used to repair the license as you suggested.
Now I was repeating the license repair each time straight before trying to activate.
When I repaired the license for Professional Plus, then the activation worked.

Maybe it is not related... but the most important thing is that it worked.
    Thank you

A Repair button inside the license files tab next to the install button.

OK good, but that button has nothing to do with the selected thing, rather, the selection applies to the "Install" button.

The Install can be used to manually convert office like EZ-Activator does automatically.

alright, i've been using toolkit 2.0.0.0 all along and now it's v2.1.5, so what's changed since then? anything significant? there a silent switch now?

Yes, there's a silent switch and the KMSEmulator has been improved (thanks to Phazor and hell), but if you didn't have problems activating there's no need to upgrade (unless you're like me and want to have the latest version available). If you're using it in a new installation you're welcome to upgrade ;)

    toolkit.exe /? says invalid switch

    no documentation either

anyone kind enough to tell me what switches are available? much thanks

one more thing, what files are installed now upon running the silent switch? %windir%\autokms.exe %windir%\kmsemulator.exe? i need to add to antivirus whitelist. can logging be disabled as well unattended? i usually have to modify autokms.ini i think.

There seems to be a serious bug. The 'Available' button for Rearm causes office to deactivate.

Actually Cody, you talked 'bout that bug the other day, but I don't know if you've been able to replicate that.

The thing is, that to me, it happened when I switched over from x86 Win7 to x64, installing from the same Office Pro Plus x86 ISO using WinRAR without mounting or burning.

I don't know if that's what causes the trouble, 'coz what I noticed was that the previous User Name and Initials were already present from the last install at the time of the new installation on my x64 OS.

My ISO btw is the original downloaded one, not a conversion from the installed files.

The rearm thing is still not so clear as other parts of activation. Thanks for your feedback ;). We'll keep improving the Toolkit
