AutoKMS NOT Work 2.1.6 Toolkit2.1.6 I used AutoKMS to auto activate but it never auto activate i must do it manually when i go to c:\windows\AutoKMS -> run Autokms.exe it said: Can you help me how to deal with this?
Did you installed AutoKMS or AutoKMS Service? AutoKMS Service is always running and it's used if you have a server that several hosts conects to, not for the home user. If you don't know which one you have installed, unistall AutoKMS, install the "AutoKMS" option and try again.
Not the best solution but it does it for me =] Thanks buddy. ill check back in a day or so just to make 100% sure its gone +1 for putting that in the next release readme!
@Bosh Here how i activate my office with Toolkit 2.1.6 : 1- Activation Tab -> Activate -- Successfully Activated (Note: I don't use EZ-Activator) 2- I wanna auto activate, so under select activation tool: I choose --> AutoKMS -> Install --- AutoKMS Successfully Intstalled 3- I tested -- i change date 3 days ahead --> check activation grace period it show only 177 days left --> restart --> check activation grace period again and it still show only 177 days left. 4- So i try to run AutoKMS by going to c:\windows\AutoKMS -> run Autokms.exe it said: I don't know what i did something wrong....
Uninstall AutoKMS and install AutoRearm! You'll get same appearance and usage as activated with no KMS activation blah blah blah problems This will give you infinite grace with no nags
Hi TS - let me ask this: I activated with OTK 2.1.6 AutoKMS and all is ok - setup of my AutokmsCustom is each week @ saturday. Now I will try for my know-how the Autorearm function. Uninstalled the AutoKMS custom - check the available autorearms (5) and installed the Autorearm function. All ok in the c:\windows - the folder Autorearm shows the ran and the log. Now I ask: is possible in the taskschd.msc to modify the Autorearm task for i.e. once @ week and it works? Tanks for your attention.
I'm not really sure about that, did you do what I said in my prevuious post? Because "start a service from a command line" makes me think that's the problem * Uninstall AutoKMS * Make sure that you install AutoKMS and NOT the AutoKMS Service * Try again I'm not sure about this, as I didn't make the AutoRearm's scheduling thing, but you can try it: * Change the task schedule * Manually run AutoRearm * See if the task schedule changed Only CODYQX4 can, because it's his post . Thanks BTW
AutoRearm can't be customized. Just changing date won't make it trigger, restarting should. You cannot run AutoKMS manually as it will try to run it as a service. Be sure that you uninstalled and reinstalled AutoKMS and take care of AV.
