Office 2013 10 bucks again-Expired

    Tried Just now with Hotmail . Nope , same message ,

    I just tried getting access with my university email at usc by clicking "Don't know your program code? Click here."
    I got an email with a link that brought me to a page that allowed me to add office 2013 to cart for $9.99!!!
    However, when I click the button, I get taken to a page that says, Product is no longer available. :(
    So is this down even for those that have access?
