    Till then I had no pb running office 2013 but since friday, I have the activator assistant that appears each time I open an office document. It says that I need to activate my product and there is the 0x4004f00c error.

    I already tried multiple (proper) installations/uninstallations but the pb remains.

    Any idea please ?

    I have office 2010 installed without auto kms or others (no activation so, fresh install).
    Can you tell me if i do first uninstall 2010 to install 2013 or if i can install 2013 on 2010 ? At what point install m$ toolkit ?

    just uninstall 2010 version and install 2013 and use microsoft toolkit to activate .
