having trouble to download brazilian portuguese version. the download looks like a sine wave. it goes top speed (110 KB/s) zero B/s speed. up and down (speed, not connection).

Hi people

I'm lost with it and I hope you can help me.
I've installed Office 2013 Pro Plus VL for x64 and nothing else was done with it - it works good. I didn't activated it by any of MS Toolkit etc.

1. Am I supposed to do this?
2. I am about to install Polish language pack from this thread (...Polish_MLF_X18-55334) - I've downloaded before some retail version but ceased when realized that it's not what I want. Are there any actions required before installing this VL version?
