After installing and fully updating Windows 7 64-bit I installed Office 2016 Pro Plus VL 64-bit (MSI-Installer X20-42432) After waiting for hours... I launched Word and clicked the "Install updates only" Radio-Button and hit "Accept". After this I had suspected Windows will pop up a UAC-Nag-Screen to Accept the Opt-in from "Windows Updates" to "Microsoft Updates" like it happened with Office 2013. But nothing happened... I had to do a manual Opt-in to get Office 2016 over Windows Update (source: https ://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa826676(VS.85).aspx) Did someone have had the same experience? ... or an explanation what I could have done better to avoid the registry "hack". Thanks for your help.
