    only installed once, and then used KMS_VL_ALL. Anyways fixed it :
    Get and run KMS_VL_ALL_AIO v47. Select Option 3 "Uninstall Completely" and then option 1 "Activate [manual mode]". Worked for me. I used the old version 38 last year the new one fixes it.
