Can't extract the files. The SHA-1 for the smaller file for Swedish *.002 is not right. Tried download twice. I got 6682b8127efbcae5b64edffd0c2ef08cc8845c9b S77864.7z.002 what should be SHA-1: AEE7829BD4A1D90464C27BF6F7F538F1EB05F043 Any idea what to do?
The file is correct...just downloaded & hash verified...files extract to iso perfect > hash verified. Also the MD5 of this file is correctly displayed on host dl page.. Something on your end is causing the corrupt dl. Suspend any other dl's/torrent, etc. and maybe try a different browser...
Update on my progress confused: I now have the the correct files and have the ISO extracted and the checksum seems to be correct 77bb8ce8a023f770084b2edcb7f128edc4bdf700 S77864.ISO Now I can't seem to extract the iso or mount it. I've tried the following: * Dubble click to mount * Disk utility mount * Extract with Keka (7-zip port) * Extract with The Unarchiver Here is a screenshot with all the errors: View attachment 30150 How hard should this be?
It should not be hard at all, and you should not be receiving these errors to mount the ISO... Never have run into any problem with mounting and installation... Your ISO is valid and hash verified. I believe the problem might be your system, maybe damaged.. Try renaming the iso back to original and mount with disk utility. The ISO should mount without error whether it's renamed or not. 1 Go to "Applications" and then "Utilities." Click "Disk Utility" to open it. 2 Select your image file in the list of unmounted drives in the left sidebar. 3 Click "Open" to mount the drive. As a last resort you can convert the iso to dmg. Try that, but at this point I would first check your system out for possible damage or malware... Instructions 1 Use MagicISO. MagicISO is a program that is capable of working with various formats of disc image files. Once you have opened MagicISO on your computer, click "File" and then "Open" to open your ISO file. Click "Properties" and then select the "Apple Disc Image" option. Click "File" and then "Save As." Select "Apple Disc Image" from the drop down menu and then click "Save." Your ISO file will now be converted to a DMG file and saved on your computer. 2 Use PowerISO. PowerISO is another program that is capable of working with various formats of disc image files. Once you have opened PowerISO on your computer, click "File" and then "Open" to open your ISO file. Click "Properties" and then select the "Apple Disc Image" option. Click "File" and then "Save As." An update on my progress As the Swedish files could not be extracted I downloaded the English files and it worked just fine. I'm doubtful that the Swedish files actually work but I'll gladly be disproven. Thanks for the help
I have similar error with .pkg to extract.. I have removed Swedish version download until such a time this is sorted out... Sorry for any inconvenience this caused and thanks for your reply & updates ..
