I have a copy of Office 2010 pro activated via MAK (so I don't need KMS tool). Can I transfer this license now to the same PC after a reset (format) of the PC? And if it's possible how can I do it?
    Thanks!

I don't think it will work since you have formatted the PC.

I know this is an old tread but I have a question. I have MAK keys for Office 2010 Pro Plus, Visio Premium and Project Professional. I have activated them and they are all activated. Are my products going to be permanently when the key count runs out or if they get blacklisted?

Yes, activated forever, unless you change PC (but if you need to reinstall Windows on same hardware again you can make a backup of activation that will restore OK - saying it again - ONLY on same hardware)
