I can but don't want to do it now, need to think how to do it, too complex. it involve change lot of code, And setup.cmd file too. and change the menu ....... But I have better suggestion, Download x86 Version [EQU to x32] and it will work on both system.
Thanks for the reply man, I can follow your advice but I like to keep both arch softwares since I do alot of OS/ Software installations for other people. Also, another reason I ask for combining the two is because I would like to save some disk space. Anyhow, I'll wait for you to add the feature. In the mean time, can you tell me the basic steps to achieve the said task by using some other methods/ softwares for example?
how can I download back the old script? why the major changes to this tool? it was working perfectly fine yesterday.. can you reupload the script before this major changes? everything is failing for the latest version. Please give an option to download the old version
I Update it add multi arch support Little upgrade to make it better are necessary What failed I will fix it
Current (2016) v16.0.12527.22021 use download option, to download this specific version Look here for more info https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/office-r-tool-continued.84450/#post-1703305
So, I just checked this latest update and it worked I think, Some things I noted; 1) The program is sensitive to the folder name scheme like for example "en-US_Office_Current_Multi_v16.0.14729.20194". Changing it to another name makes the program to throw error. (NOT A BUG I THINK) 2) Mounting the multi arch iso and running the setup.exe did not work, had to run the setup.cmd file as admin, is this a bug? Also i didn't download the multi arch iso using the latest update of the Tool, I had the individual isos so what I did was I merged the office folders inside the two, changed the arch to "Multi" in package.info file, placed the office folder and package.info file inside a new folder named "en-US_Office_Current_Multi_v16.0.14729.20194" (changed the arch to Multi here too) and run the tool to create multi-arch iso and it worked flawlessly. Now, I want to know how to install 32 bit office in 64 bit windows using the newly created multi arch iso. ALSO, THANKS FOR THE UPDATE MAN, CHEERS
setup.exe just front app for doing lot of things. setup.cmd make sure to run it with right parameters, to proper install office suite match computer architecture About prefix, All MS Iso come with such prefix. Code: set "directory-prefix=!o16lang!_Office_!downbranch!_!o16arch!_v!o16build!"
