Feature request. Can you add menu items that download latest supported office versions for window 7 and 8/8.1 with a prompt that newer versions will not worka and only "specific" channel works on these OSs?

 

LOL, True but just like the sunshineways23's post on last page, many people don't read the OP completely so...

I didn't mean to offend you mate, I know not everyone is savvy in these kind of customizations (I am no exception either ) and that's why I requested it.

 

You never offended me. I was just stating that I did make every attempt to get it right without posting for help. I've been a member here for 5 years and yesterday was my first post. I just couldn't figure it out and Dark Monkey putting that gif together for me made it all work out.

Now, I do not need to choose [D]Download and fill path, etc. just to see the last version available.
I think this new option ([F]) you just wrote, is a plus for OfficeRTool, only the people who wanted can use it.

Yes, you are right, but in my case, the Office version on my desktop PC, I update it via Office update, so always updated.
Also I know I will always get latest version using OfficeRTool, but I always keep the downloaded most current version on an USB to install in another PC.
With the new [F] Option now, I do not need to choose [D]Download and fill path, etc. just to see if there is a new version available to update my USB.

I hope I was clear, as english is also not my mother tongue.

@Dark Monkey is it possible when we download the latest offline setup, the setup can contain kms activation files with it.
So that, when we install the office it would be pre activated by default

 

No as you're downloading the official Office Suite directly from the Microsoft Servers.
