By value you mean the download speed provided by the cdn (ISO/ Package Provider)? I have a pretty lousy internet package (8 Mbps) and I usually get the max download speed that my connection allows me (950 KBps to 1 MBps). I don't know the bandwidth limit of the cdn/s. All I want is to limit the speed on my end when needed and leave the value to be what it will be without using the "--limit-rate" switch otherwise. Another possibility is to shift to aria2 entirely for downloading but that is time consuming on your end to integrate into the tool.
you can try this version … it will support bandwidth limit also reverse some settings from 0 to 1 so now 0 = enable, 1 = disable i will change it to this (later) Code: :: Bandwidth Limit :: The default value is set to 6MB :: optional value [M]b/[K]b (1024K or 1M) :: optional format XX/XX.XX (2650K or 2.5M) Speed_Limit=6144K
@Dark Dinosaur Thanks for keeping this great tool alive! I am wondering if it would be possible to add a Convert to VL option that does not include the activation process like in the older RTool? (I am using a different tool to activate it)
So did some change's, still not upload it … later … Code: - Settings: Add new option, speed limit - Settings: Add new option, ForceTerminal - Convert to volume will not automatically activate - Auto Re-New Activation default settings is now null
Bump version make some changes due to req. from some member's here (some people decided to kill me, I will survive that, not a problem ) Code: - Settings: Add a new option, speed limit - Settings: Add a new option, ForceTerminal - Convert to volume will not automatically activate - Auto Re-New Activation default settings are now null (disabled by default)
After using officeRtool in my system, I am facing auto restart of powershell on computer startup randomly. Facing the same issue in my other system too. Does anybody have a solution for this?
Probably due to the RT_Backup task the tool creates in windows' "Task Scheduler". You can delete it from Task Scheduler (should be the task at the end of the list by "mr x.y.z"). You can also disable it in the tool by changing date and day values to "NULL" in "Settings.ini" file. Or better yet, use the latest version, Dark Dinosaur disabled it by default in the latest iteration. Run the latest version at least once and check whether the problem persists.
Yes, the same setting as in the previous version. In previous versions, the task was enabled by default in the latest one it is disabled by default.
it the activation task - but it's not activated by default from the new release and on ... don't know why it's bother anyone, I still think it's a good idea
After running the new version and OfficeRTool doing the initial steps, its window becomes small and I have the attached text.
My only guess is .. change size function need some adjustments May I can see screen information and other things ( or show me via team viewer how it works ) I check it on 2k screen and 1080p screen without a single problem..
Also need scaling information, why do you have not normally screen size ? B.T.W tested in my 2k screen with same resolution, not a single problem
