    Beta 3 is newer than what people have been testing and includes a few improvements.

    Newer versions will be released if needed, based on feedback.

    the loader i have i dont think is hazor, how can i repalce the one i have with the hazor one? or should i just do a fresh install

    I've just downloaded and testet. The blinking cursor is there for about 5 sec. After that windows boots and is still activated :D

    If you have the 40 second delay and windows is activating OK you should be fine to overwrite whichever grldr you're using.

    on my pc i have a loader called grldr. On my mac i dont see that file at all

    i think my loader is W7ldr, im not sure. i know i used a diffrent version where i didnt actually click the installer

    The best upload today :) Tested and works like a charm :D Only a delay from 5 seconds but hey, it's a lot better dan 40 seconds. I am very happy with this :p

    I think you'll be OK to install Hazar's loader over what you already have, then install mine when you've confirmed it's working.

    Ok it works for the delay but my copy of windows is not activated anymore? should i just re install with an OEM version that i used for my pc?

    Run slmgr -dlv to see if it says "oem slp channel" then make sure you've got the HP certificate installed. Also, hopefully your key is Ultimate and you chose ultimate when you installed Win7 (but shouldnt matter)

    Great job, man! :) It's amazing that it took someone nearly 3 years to fix this bug. My boot on my MBP 2.4ghz no longer has a 40 sec delay. There is only a 2-3 sec (perfectly normal) delay now! Thank you so much for this.:D
