You asked the same question in three different threads, got a couple responses and still asked the same question. Wait for the server to automatically activate you. Millions are doing it, wait for the server to get to you.
some still can't comprehend that after upgrade to win 10, their generated key is hardware-bound and saved in ms servers when you go online for activation and future activation. when you reinstall win 10 on this same device, no key is needed since activation is automatic when you go online. your previous keys are for the previous OSes MS servers are swamped with activation requests, and probably being DDOSed by some using auto requests scripts. Just be patient and wait. PS your previous keys are still valid for their OSes. Licesing-wise, I dunno if it is legal to use it on another device.

I have a legit update for windows 10 and there seems to be an iso downloaded on my pc which I did not download 10240.16384.150709-1700.TH1_CLIENTPRO-CORE_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO which Im assuming MS downloaded. Can I burn this and install? Which key would I use, the one I used for Win 7? If I did a fresh install of Win 10 at a later date over an existing Win 10 install, what would I do about the key?
@Atari800XL I assume it shown download ISO when win10 is installed. You can easily overcome it using same http address with ending /techbench in spite of /windows10iso on every system.
