pretty sure this is not the right place to ask for help with your problem did you try to boot into safe mode and use the builtin admin account?
I apologize, i checked the forum and it was like: Windows 10 / Windows 8 / Windows 7 / Other stuff I clicked Windows 10 beacause i'm running Windows 10 Build 10166 at work. ................... I tried launching the Command Prompt through the advanced boot screen and "NET USER UserADM /Active:yes" but it was saying that the user doesn't exist so i freaked out, i'm sorry, you are right, safe mode showed the admin account and i could rever the changes.
The reason the command didn't work is that you specified a non-existent account ADM is supposed to be administrator
