It's easy to copy across an updated .esd, which is smaller that ISO. It's easy to modify the script for personal use. ie, adding menu for esd selection, adding offline drivers, adding uwp apps, etc. I know you can add unattend, etc with Ventoy but if you don't need to boot an ISO than the script is quicker...
