Hi dudes, hoping u can help me with a problem - I installed a h**ked win 7 32bit on my PC, about a week later got the BSOD, so I googled and found removewat and ran it and seemed fine.

But today I have noticed that since the 26th May [the day i ran removewat] I havent had any windows updates since. When i check it shows 'windows is upto date' BUT when I go to 'Installed Updates' the last one is on 26th May. It also shows that I have installed three defender updates since but I certainly havent.


WAT seems to be tricking me into thinking I have the updates fine but upon further investigation it appears that they havent been installed... any help would be apprceciated

I have not done a windows update since 3/31/2010 and have had no activation issues as of now. Am I making a big mistake by not allowing windows 7 to update at all? I am running 2.2.5 removewat I believe.

 

The forum rules state to not start separate threads. This should have been asked in removeWAT thread in stickies. Comments should be transfered and this thread deleted

hi, i tried some of the versions but, my pc could`nt fint a program to run them whit. that program do you guy`s use?

 

How do you mean ? Download removewat and run it doesnt work?

 

After installing RemoveWat can i still get all updates, even critical? Can anyone help me? I would like to try it, but i would like to know that. Thank you.

I have the exact problem as you mentioned about windows 7 with rergards to the kb981793 update. Have you resolved theproblem? Am desperately needing the help now.

 

nope. havent fixed it. no one seems to be responding :-(

 

it works aswell as hazzar's but the genuine watermark is the bit that does it for me in hazaar's
iwould recomend hazzar's loader technique

 

May I know what is Hazar's loader technique?

I hope that Hazar would have a solution from the 'fightback' from microsoft.. Haha!
