Please Hazar can you write the version of the tool with the build number in the first post under the download link?
I think it's usefull to understand if the tool has been updated.

OK I had downloaded Windows7 (ultimate version activated) from another source (not using the steps that are mentioned on this forum in the "Official Windows 7 Repository) did an upgrade install over my Vista Business version. Install went OK and then I used the Removewat22 from here and applied it. It worked fine and then like 1 month later now I'm getting the "Activate windows Now" message every time I start my computer.

So what do I do now?

Can I follow the steps in the "Official Windows 7 Repository" to download another copy, check the authenticity, install windows 7 again (but only doing an upgrade install of full install) and then activate using a loader?

If this option will not work, what are my other options right now? Any suggestions?

Basic updates are fine but there are some things like MSE or XP mode that you cannot thanks for reminding me ;)

    You sure can.

    XP mode doesn't work though.

That's the ONLY flaw, that I can see at the moment.

XP mode is garbage though, if you want that, get VBOX in seamless mode. They even disabled VT support for XP mode, I think.

    @timesurfer and Hazar

I realize what your both saying. I just took ollie's question as if he was asking if he could go to their site (manually) for anything, updates, downloads etc. Anything that you would have to pass the genuine test, using RemoveWAT will not pass! Yes you can get all critical updates sent to you and that is all that I feel is necessary anyway!

XP mode I would not use anyway. I would rather have a partition with XP on it. MSE is not bad but there are many AV's that are better!!

I just did not want ollie to think that all is well and he/she can go to M$ anytime they like and get what ever they want.

Please correct me if I am wrong:
    >RW will activate Win7
    >RW will install the dreaded 1033 update and deactivate it
    >You will not be able to pass the genuine test at M$
    >you will get all updates from M$ (automatically)
    >RW is a great tool
