Thanks Hazar thanks so much ! awesome work ! Recently, I installed an OEM copy of Windows 7 (Build 7600) on a x64 bit platform and only a couple of days after the installation, while doing some of the automatic updates, WAT recognized my OS as non-authentic and i had the usual effect: Pop ups, black desktop background and on top of these, every time my PC remained idle for more than 10 minutes it would automatically log out and I had to use the Tower start button to log back in my account.... After reading most of this thread, i run Remove WAT and everything now is back to normal, despite the fact that my copy was not a "clean" as indicated by a Checksums test with HashCheck Tool as suggested by Daz! Hope current "healthy state" lasts for good !! Thanks again to Hazar and all those contributing to this forum that shares knowledge and saves time for the rest.....
sorry to bother but i cant seem to find the latest removeWAT version. is the very first post of this thread the latest version? the download link says removeWAT22.zip, but i have read that there is a 2.2.5 version can someone please show me where i can get the latest version or if the removewat22.zip is the latest, thanks!
HI There! First Big thanks to the original poster and the ones who created this! At the looks of it it helped many others. But I have a problem or rather a small concern.. Hope you can help me firgure this out. I have win7 ultimate iso rc 7600 and installed removewat 2.2.5, but when I look at the installed update window, there it is again: kb971033 while I uninstalled it before i applied the tool.. Whats going on?
Don't worry, RemoveWAT actually installs that update as part of the install then disables it. Basically you have a deactivated copy of the WAT update that cannot hurt you at all. Hazar did that by design lol
Hey guys.. Have a small issue i hope you can assist me with. Running a win7 ultimate x64 and applied the removewat, installation went fine and rebooted. Now, the comp hangs or something like that instantly, i cant even see bios or anything just completly black.. If i pull out my second sata disc and only have the one with win7 on it starts up, but not with both in. First time ever i've experienced this and can't figure out whats wrongng. With both discs connected i cant enter failsafe mode or even enter bios settings. Anyone got a clue what i did wrong? Thanks
It's impossible for RemoveWAT to cause that problem, everything is modified within windows and only licensing components are modified.
Hazar I just wanted to thank you for this great software and ask you wheather you have made any activators for Microsoft Office 2010?If you have please post a link here....In urgent need of one which actually works...thanks in advance
hey guys!! this is my first post on this great forum on which i bumped into while searching for a good activation method for win7 and what a great forum this is, providing so many options for activating win7 after going through diff methods i found Hazars WAT remover the best for my needs i wanted the simplest method and which makes least changes to the system and bios and WAT was it!!! ran the latest and voila that was it many many thnx to HAZAR for the tool just to confirm, will the latest service pack disable WAT?? if so i urge Hazar the great to find a method to bypass those jackasses at redmond thnx hazar, you r the best
This loader is already detected by Microsoft, and beside that your WAT is gone, your Win7 version is not genuine, and you can not validate it and you can not download Microsoft software like MSE etc. So RemoveWAT is not the best way to activate Win7 longer. If you want to stay genuine, download all MS software, validate your computer etc, you have to use a loader (like the Loader from Daz) or a KMS activation method.
