Could you, please, post all the stuff in one thread? I suspect quite a few of us would benefit. Obviously you installed it and it works, day-in-day-out, so you speak from concrete Acer experience... Thanx a bunch!!!
hi i make a clen windows 7 ultimate 32bit instalation on an asus leptop end after i use removeWat 1.5 windows update is giving an error code C004D302 any help?
@Hazar today i got at the corner in the desktop something like "this copy of windows 7 isn't genuie" i immediately go to System information to see what it's shows and when i back to desktop it's disappeared.. i used 1.4 ver. what is this? BTW please add a changelog every version for people know if worth upgrade to new ver. thanks
Hazar, I used your 1.5 on a Dutch Ultimate and worked without issues. After that I used Windows Update and that also worked. Thanks!
Hazar firstly, thank you for v1.6. secondly is this true? so your tool just change a simple registry to only make MGADIAG say that the trial key is genuine? also I don't think it will work.. microsoft can easily check DigitalProductId on WGA 2.0 DLL reassembly sounds better..
No that is incorrect it is not just MGAdiag, but this change was removed from 1.6 as invalid license 50 makes no difference. And it does not edit the digitalproductid, and anemeros has explained/interpreted it incorrectly, that was not how it worked. I have reomved it anyway.
Just to clear the things up: After 3 rearms, the only thing you can do to get another rearm is reinstalling windows?
Problem with KB974431 Hi every body; first many thanks to Hazar for this application . I've tried it on a new 7 version and all is working fine. I've made windows updates and all updates are correctly installed except the KB974431 which one failed every times I tried (3 times) . Does anyone have the same problem or does anyone's knoing how to fix this problem ? I've installed another copy of Seven with a loader and I've got no problem to install all microsoft update (include the KB974431). Is that a RemoveWAT problem ??? Thanks for answers
Yes, if you have some free HDD space. Win7 is running on an SSD, so backing up the 80gb ssd is not that much work.
I'm running a Dutch Ultimate with RemoveSWAT 1.4, this KB974431 installed fine. The KB915597 failed, this is a Windows Defender definitions update. I will check with a clean installation tomorrow.
