Not for me (just tested it), my laptop whas formatted 5 days ago and didnt use any loaders. I waited for hazar's new WAT update to install.
Hi Hazar I updated the 1.8 version. Work great at the beginnig but after a while get the nag it is not genuine. Restarted and then the nag appeared after a while. I do not know what happens. Thanks for your work and your answers..
I will check that out, my laptop will stay on for 12 hour now to test it for you. Did you use a older version before ?
To Michel First thanks for your answer No I did not use any loader.. I get the same thing than ffcloud2000 First I had Version 1.4,then 1.7 and finally 1.8 . I always uninstalled removewat .... Thanks for your futur answer
@ffcloud2000 @olivier83980 To solve your problems, (can do easy) 1. Uninstall [RemoveWAT]. 2. At the admin command prompt, run the command below and post your screen shots when finished. Code: SFC /SCANNOW 3. Set your clock back to when Win7 was genuine and use notepad, and WU and see if you have nags. Post your screen shots of Genuine or days left to activation. 4. I will wait for your screen shots.
Dammit! After exactly 180 minutes notepad checks to see if sppsvc is disabled and generates a nag screen. Box we need to look into a different patching mechanim.
My original method to block sppcomapi worked fine just it had invalid license, which fails WGA. If we can sort that then there won't be a problem.
I know I am new at coding but what about removing sppcomapi if you have not already done so instead of just blocking it? Or what about somehow manipulating windows or just sppcomapi into thinking the time is the same all the time so it does not count the 180 minutes you mentioned?
@ Box thanks for you quick reply but I think Hazar found the problem . So I will wait for his next release and I am sure you will be pleased to help him ... Cheers guys anyway;B
You still only modifying the files and not removing anything, like you intended to do when you started with this? I can't wait for V1.9. Just a quick question, will there be any problems with win updates and updates that we will need to do before hand?
