Hazar, Thanks for updating/tweaking the program. I believe a lot of people in this thread trust your work. I, for one, hope you reconsider and continue development of your program. Whatever you do, I wish you the best. LoL
OK, so I downloaded the file again from your 1st post link. This time there was a ReadMe.txt file in there, whereas before I don't remember seeing one. Likewise, the filesize was slightly different when I extracted RemoveWAT and wrote over the other file. So either someone uploaded a new version in the last 30 minutes, or there's something beyond my understanding at work. I converted the time back to today's date and restored WAT. The restoration worked within a few seconds and asked to reboot. When I clicked OK, it gave me a blank window for about 5-10 minutes. Figuring it already said it was done, I Ctrl+Alt+Del to logoff and restart. When it came up, I got a "not genuine" warning. I then reapplied RemoveWAT (the title said it was 2.1.2). The first time I tried, it completed in a couple of seconds. This time it took about a minute. When I OK'd the reboot, it again gave me a blank screen, so I manually rebooted. This time, I did not get the "not genuine" warning. I changed the date to Oct 11, 2010 and so far I haven't seen the watermark. Before, it showed up within a couple of minutes, but it's now been a good 15 or so...
Hazar, I ran v2.1.3 just now. What I noticed with the last couple of versions is, the computer doesn't automatically reboot when you press OK. I waited awhile and just rebooted it myself. LoL
Ok...Just restored WAT and installed the 2.1.3 version. I had to manually reboot after the restoration and installation, but everything appears to have worked fine. Just curious: Why is it "important am running that version"? Your proclamation sounded a bit ominous. Also, is it ok to update windows and include the "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64"?
When you press OK it should log off your computer. Never mind There were some serious code changes in that build thats all
hi hazar, the original removewat version i used maybe 1.7 or 1.8, after it failed, i run 2.12 but nags still appear. there's no reinstall wat option. what shall i do now? run 2.13? or turn to loader or chew? thank you very much.
hazar is GOD! Thanks a million tons dude. I haven't seen anything as simple as this for a loooong time.
Hi Hazar, could you tell me what's the right command line for the CMD file to have a silent switch? Thank you very much!
