What are the differences between rwat 2.2.0 and 2.2.4 etc? It isn't clear at the first post that there is a later version than 2.2, or doesn't it matter?

    RemoveWAT 2.2.4 includes:

    * patched slwga.dll (x86): MGAdiag shows genuine now
    * patched user32.dll (x64/x86): Removes any watermarks regardless of user32.dll.mui language...

    BUT

If u use rwat u may pass "local" genuine check but fails the online check.... I don't what to say that RemoveWAT is trash or something, I only want to express that there are some "problems" which should be fixed, ( if even possible )....

We know this, but what about with the remover WAT22? Doesn't it remove this KB971033 update and eleminated it?

I use daz loader so it's ok, somehow accidentally installed wat but have acronis for in case it gets me down. RemoveWAT is just in my win7crack collection and I couldn't find differences on the mainpost and there's no changelog

    Hi Hazar, it's me again...

The new version of the tool reboots the system automatically, i nead that it doesn't do this (i usually start the removewat during windows installation in silent mode with some other apps).

Is there a parametre like /norestart or /noreboot that i can use with the /s???

I know why RemoveWAT fails to get genuine from microsoft.com/genuine....

This is sent by WAT to m$ ( virtual-box was used for the "sniffing" with RemoveWAT2.2.4 applied )

Hazar I also read on the WAT thread that people that try to install it gives them an error if they have WAT installed that says something like "Cant modify protected system files" thereby fails to install.

@ secr9tos good work with finding that information dude. Maybe it will help Hazar fix this program.

You can install the latest KB971033. Apply RemoveWAT. It disables it permanently.

    Low-tech solution?

I'm very late to the party here, and my expertise in this area is severely limited. I'm forced by unemployment and poverty to keep a trial copy of Windows 7 going as long as possible. It occurs to me that one very low-tech solution might be to rearm Windows 7 every month to prevent activation for the total of 120 days, and then reinstall (using the option to upgrade an existing copy) another version at the end of that period. For example, you could alternate between both the OEM and Retail versions of Win 7. I agree it's none too elegant, and something of a pain (about 90 minutes on my machine) to do a reinstall, but you avoid disabling activation and running afoul of Big Brother's WAT. Is there something I am missing or a flaw in my logic? Thanks in advance for answering a simple question from a real noob.

@UserBill Wouldnt that defeat the whole point of this website LOL. Just use Daz's Loader or RemoveWAT when they come out with 1.0.

Make an Image first, Try and then tell us.
i'm very curious abouti that solution.
I have an Asus P6T non Slic and I am not interested in modding my BIOS.
The loaders don't work with my MB. My hope is RemoveWAT or Chew.
