[OUTDATED / UNSUPPORTED] RemoveWAT

    This will be fixed for next time, but for now to make it genuine permanently run these 4 commands:

    Code:
    slmgr.vbs -rearm

REG DELETE "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v DigitalProductId /f

REG DELETE "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v DigitalProductId4 /f

REG DELETE "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v ProductId /f
    And reboot and it will be genuine ;)

    slmgr.vbs -rearm not working :(

    and after 3 "reg" and reboot ... always "not geniuine" :(

    any news about the unicode fix?

    will RemoveWAT works on Enterprise E x64 edition?
    (I will test it either way..)

    I will wait for the next version..
    also please make the 'restore wat' restore the original watermark..

    taking a new VMware image, whose activation is required "now", by launching these commands

    PHP:
    slmgr.vbs -rearm

    REG DELETE     "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v DigitalProductId /f

    REG DELETE     "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v DigitalProductId4 /f

    REG DELETE     "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v ProductId /f
    It is OK :D but "windows Update" no longer works

    The genuine issue will be fixed and the user32 will be named back, but I don't have the foggiest on the unicode problem. I use no unicode charachters.

    I fixed the unicode issue!

    new version coming tonight with new features :D

    Permenantly passes WGA
    Works on unicode systems
    user32 is restored
    paintosinfo is not disabled

    :D

    For those curious, this operates differently to chew.

    This uses windos commands to disable spp files and uses a patched DLL for an aesthetic fix. Chew wga does the same but via patching a more critical dll, and its approach is to make it say activated, this is to remove activation. Chew works by patching many other files aswell.

    The current version of chew does not pass WGA after 30 days, this one does but I am in contact with the author and the next version of chew should pass WGA.

    Do we need those commands in combination with RemoveWAT ?

    Nope not needed anymore and they are quite dangerous to run.

    Hello Hazar, I used your first version (1.0.0.0) of the WAT REMOVER with no problems reported, please tell me if I have to undo version 1.0 and use the new versio 1.2 now, or just leave things as they are.

    In case I wanted to undo the remover 1.0 wich version should I use?

    If you want to pass WGA permemntantly you need to remove and upgrade ;)
