P5B Deluxe: upgrading bios need to reinstall vista or not?

    Hello i have an Asus P5B Deluxe mobo already with a slic modded bios i want to upgrade to the lastest slic bios.

    I only want to know if it will be necessary to reinstall Vista 32bit or if the activation remain.

    No you don't need to reinstall Vista.
    I did some slic-enabled bios upgrades earlier to my P5W DH Deluxe without reinstalls and Vista runned fine.

    ok thanks a lot.

    i see that on the last version of firmware 1237 for my mobo it is write flash in DOS. Does it mean with afudos as usual or with other programs?

    Afudos should do the trick
