Code: C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\pkeyconfig\pkeyconfig.xrm-ms C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\tokens.dat so where else are you restoring these files to activate?
well i wanted to use this in my unattended application to restore peeps activation. Mount the wim and add it in as i was told early on it's all about learning right?
Oh that kool I was just worry It was not working so far it works for everybody I like it see it unattended to Paymyrent was going to work on it but have at it it is all about learning
so it's the same place for a MAK? I don't have one of those so will try in a regular Unattended very soon
Hey guys. I was just wondering if this will ever work for Enterprise Eval? That would definately come in handy. Anyway good work and keep em' comming guys.
i have a work around for it (WLMS i think thats the service name) but it will require a reboot before it restores it
Can I test that program dude. I don't care if it is still in testing, I just want to backup my sisters pc activation tokens and stuff?
i think i put somewhere i dont want to deal with vista i havent used vista so i dont know where the files are. and this is a thread in a windows 7 forum so why talk about vista?
@PAYMYRENT hi man i have some question... i activated my copy using a MAK key before and use this tool to backup and placed the backup in a new folder then all work fine then it comes to the point reformatting my PC again. my question is how can i activate again my copy using this tool? will i just click the "Restore" button? or will i need to run this in safe mode ? or Run as Administrator? a full guide or step by step is much appreciated .thank you in advance
if your copy is the real enterprise (non 90 eval) or professional all you have to do is click the restore button (program should have already asked for administrator permissions), point to where you have your backup files, and click ok. when your done with that just install the key you used on your previous installation. then reboot your machine and it should be activated. if not you put the wrong key in, you messed up your backup files, or changed your hardware too much.
thnx for the quick reply .... so it is important also that i need to store the key that i used on the time i activated my machine. thx again
yes it is important you keep the key you used to activate. may i ask what version of windows your running enterprise or pro?
i am using a professional edition and use the leaked MAK key within this past months but now its blacklisted already ...lucky me a made some restore using this tool...... but i didnt test it yet. another question is can i still restore and activate my edition even if im not connected to the internet? or it is recommended to connect from internet ?
