Why ask for suggestions if you refuse to spend a bit o your time trying those suggestions? When there isn't an unique and easy to spot fault, bisecting a problem becomes time consuming, and involves a lot of test that may look odd but surly helps to exclude one or more of the usual suspects. Sudden freezes can also be related to a faulty VGA, but I still bet on CPU/RAM/Bios and their interactions problem.
I'm sorry but I do not think that I refused any suggestions that is given. You told me to test the ram, swap sticks and such, and I'm telling you that I think I did test ram through those softwares much longer than it should be tested. Where is the refusal here?
Just for testing, load bios defaults, then enable XMP profile and manually set ram speed to 2933mhz, see if problem is solved.
