    Is this power supply powerful enough to hold 4 case fans etc?

    Your using around 600w when maxed so the 750w is fine...
    Also, that's a REAL 750w (even if it's only Bronze).

    Are you implying I should buy a low specs processor and mobo in favor of graphics card?
    If so, what processor and mobo and ram you would buy?

    Like @LiteOS mentioned, you'd have a significant amount of bottleneck at the GPU. While it's not a "performance killer", it just means your money could be spent a lot better. Upping the GPU or downgrading the CPU is a wise option. Knowing what resolution/how many monitors would help in the calculation. Also if you're trying to play a specific game as some are more CPU intensive and others GPU intensive. *Translated from Cajun*
