Good to know it's not only my laptop doing this. Build 135 and now regular release 130 won't install on this one, and it has been running every release since January. Very annoying, as it keeps trying, reboots and hangs. another laptop installed 135 fine, no probs.
I am guessing it will have to be fixed as .000000000000000000000000000000001 percent of PC owners would know first how to get into their BIOS and second what to look for and change.
