??? Why would it, it's patching Colors, and the registry stuff doesnt slow down either. did you even read this thread here to understand what this tool might do? :\
Your app is pretty cool, nifty for changing the background color on the fly. The transparency doesn't seem to work for me though, 0% still shows the strip and 100% creates graphical glitches. Could be that the i5 integrated graphics just don't care for it much, not sure :/
