    I'm sorry for my confusion but i have to be sure of what i have to do because the notebook is not mine, so i don't want to make irreparable mistakes.
    last question...do i have to copy also the "cert" folder in the pendrive?

    "Cert" folder is not necessary.

    If you aren't sure on something, ask before proceed.

    It isn't strictly necessary, but usually after a bios update is better than worse, where is the problem?

    I installed W7 and it results that it remains 30 days to activate it. where can i find a SAMSUNG OEM key? and what do you mean for DOS box? is it the command prompt (cmd)? or another program?
