Sorry to tell you but that .PHP file is not Phoenix....you need to extract the .ROM or .WPH file...or give us a direct link to the bios file on Acer and let us see if we can extract it.

This is not actually a request, but is there a explanation of the steps needed to mod a Pheonix BIOS anywhere - I have installed the Pheonix Bios Editor, but I am a little concerned because if I edit one of the strings in the BIOS, edit it back and then click the "Build BIOS" button the resulting ROM is different from the original...
