run cmd "as Administrator", go to "Modified" folder, type
    Code:
    WinFlash.exe 05QBSLIC.ROM /v /cs /sd /sv /svs
    and press Enter

    CRISIS recovery for v3515

You need USB Floppy disk drive. Create CRISIS rescue disk with latest F-S v3515 BIOS. Pull out power cord and battery. Open big cover from back of the laptop. Find DIP switch SW1. Move pin No 3 to On. Close lid, turn over laptop, hook up USB FDD, connect power cord and turn laptop on (no key combination is needed, you'll see wireless indicator ON). Wait to FDD activity stops and wait some more, look at led indicators around wireless indicator. When they flashes pull power cord out (in opposite flash process will start again). Turn over laptop, remove big lid, pin 3 on DIP switch turn back to off, close the lid. Now you can turn your laptop on.

    Cheers!

P.S. I didn't try this proces with USB disk or CD-ROM. If you find these also working pls post back here.
