    Warning about modded BIOS for LIFEBOOK S6420 - Possible BIOS Brick

    @555LE and Gavarnos,

    the slic 2.1 BIOS for the lifebook S6420 on the mentioned download bricks the BIOS. After the first time, i just thought maybe a bad flash and recovered the BIOS but second and third try give the same result.

    Not sure why this happens ?

    Anyone else with experience on flashing this modded BIOS to a S6420 ?

    It's kinda difficult, to be honest.
    I don't have this laptop at hand at all -- a friend of mine asked me to help him with SLIC 2.1 activation. I was planned to provide him with modded BIOS, ask him to flash it and after that guide him to rearm the activation mechanism.
